In 1994, Bishop Randy Borders founded Harvest Church Ministries International (HCMI) to provide fellowship, resources, and oversight for local churches. Bishop Borders saw a need for accountability amongst leaders, and since its' founding HCMI has been a strong foundation of support for affiliated churches.
